Janelle Hart is an investment counsellor at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which she joined in 2007. Within her role, Ms. Hart develops and implements successful investment strategies for individuals and families that incorporate their unique circumstances and investment objectives.

Ms. Hart graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree, majoring in finance. She completed co-op positions in Halifax, Calgary, and Australia with roles in external relations, oil and gas finance, and local government finance. Prior to her current role, she spent four years as an associate on Mawer’s institutional portfolio management team.

Ms. Hart completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2006 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Calgary CFA Society.
