Keri Peacock is the Chief Operating Officer at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which she joined in 2024. In her role, Ms. Peacock oversees the Business Technology, Investment Fund Management, Investment Operations, Portfolio Services, and Project Management Office teams. She is also a key member of Mawer’s Executive Team, contributing to the firm’s strategic planning and execution.

Prior to joining Mawer, Ms. Peacock was the Head of Wealth Management Operations at BMO Financial Group, where she led a team of nearly 700 professionals across various sectors including Private Wealth, InvestorLine, Trust and Estate, Life Assurance, and Global Asset Management. Her role involved developing a leading operational capability and a global operating model. Prior to this, Keri was Head of Capital Markets, Securities, and Payment Operations at BMO, where she built and managed a centralized securities operations service.

Ms. Peacock has over twenty-five years of industry experience and is dedicated to community service, actively supporting United Way Greater Toronto, Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides, and Kids Help Phone.
