Kevin Minas is an institutional portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2023. He is responsible for the management and servicing of institutional clients.

Before joining Mawer, Mr. Minas was a Vice President and investment product specialist with CIBC Asset Management, where he communicated investment policy, strategy and positioning, performed portfolio analysis, and led product development. Prior to that, he was part of the fixed income research team at TD Asset Management and began his career in the counterparty credit group at TD Securities. 

Mr. Minas holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Finance and Economics, from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from Western University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Toronto, and CAIA Association.
