Michael Walker is an associate investment counsellor at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2014. He is responsible for the management and servicing of both private and institutional clients. Prior to his current role, he worked as an analyst on Mawer’s individual and institutional portfolio management teams. He is also a member of Mawer's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

Mr. Walker graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Toronto.
